VB question regarding embedding GUIs - should be easy

I'm a complete newb to VB and not sure how to embed GUIs into one main window that I'm using. Basically I want 2-3 apps on the top of the window, and a webcam feed streaming/refreshing every few seconds at the bottom of the window. Sounds easy but I don't know :) Cheers for any advice, Dave
