Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not looking for anything too fancy, just something warm, unrestricting & reasonable in price.

    Nice one, cheers

Dunnes Stores have a range of ski Jackets, although not too sure if they are still in stock. worth checking out though.

Have you tried The Great Outdoors? Lots of shops will have special offers at this time of year because we're near enough to the end of the season.

Are you in Dublin? It's on Chatham Street (just going from a quick check, I don't actually know where that is). There's a North Face store in Temple Bar, not sure if they'd have jackets.

I got mine last year in TK Maxx. About €40 for a good one.

Chatham Street, just off Grafton Street, it's the road just to the side of HMV.

It's unlikely to be that cold at this time of the year so don't go overboard on looking for something too warm. Although you are a long way up a mountain, your doing a very physical activity and that will keep you pretty warm. You just need something to keep you dry and protect you from the wind really.

Don't forget the high factor sun block.

Try Ramblers Way, they have a ski sale on at the moment.

Not according to the forecasts. More snow on the way and temp -10ish at the bottom.
