Small menial problem - Nissan Almera

Hi folks, I accidently damaged 1 of 2 round bars the run across the boot near its pivot points which help keep the boot lid up when opened. I did it while I was removing 2 bike frames from the boot. Cant seem to get the rudy bar bent back into its slot after it got badly bent. Can anyone recommend a good garage for this?…
