    Hi,

Does anybody here know if an insurance comppany that offers a courtesy car while a claim is being processed is under any obligation to supply a comparable car to the car I had, I dont want to end up being offered a garage runabout. Thanks.

It should say in the T&C of the company.

    Example
"Immobile Car - Your immobile car will be towed to the nearest Allianz Aligned Repairer, a free courtesy car (class A) will be provided (maximum five days)."
