They aren't as fuzzy in real life..resizing for photobucket does it..

didn't realise how sharp the Canon 50mm 1.4 lens actually is. This is a 100% crop (f8, 1/250 sec, onboard flash) . Click for fullsize

wow, thank you. I took it in Rosslare after traveling for 24 hours. Sounds crap but i got some amazing photos during it.

I've been a lurker for a long time on this site but I'd thought I'd register and give my praise for what its worth to the photographers that have submitted work to this thread. I think the standard seems to be getting higher every month and I really can see the improvement in certain contributers.

Here's a completely random photo - I was airbrushing someone's portrait and accidentally brought the levels bar to the right. Thought this shot looked like something suitable for a horror film:

I like that one. There were a few blue guys around but they were too quick for me.

I got a few of the red guys getting it on





I still haven't gone through all the pics yet so there might be some better ones
