Sasar, hope you don't mind me asking....

Silly question really but are you creating the HDR image from 1 Raw image? What other effects are you adding - really like this style btw.

    Cheers, SP

I like that shot BuzzLightyear. Usually if you want something C&C'd you should start a new thread for it. Anyway I really like it, if I was asked to specifically point out something wrong with it.. maybe a little over exposed on the animals back.. but it doesn't affect this shot too much imho.

Wow i really had to look twice at this , and look at the large verion on your flicker to see it was a spider because on first glance my disturbed eyes saw
a crow or pidgeon with its head exploding

I should see a professional about this maybe :D

    I've always liked Powerscourt Gardens.

The angles on the Sugar Loaf are infinite.

    Lmao. :D

Yeah I couldn't decide if I like the shot or not. I like the oddness of the combination of a dead spider on a piano, maybe I should re-shoot it.

    Thanks, Sprinkles.
I never shoot in RAW. Single image tone mapped in Photomatix and a few adjustment layers in Photoshop.

You must be a sports photographer, such a infocus shot for something moving so fast :p

I used to call it bokeh but since that lively debate on the other thread I am all confused what to call it now. :(

i'd call it dof blur... bokeh would in my mind be the hex shapes caused by the diaphrams

dof blur yeah but, it's very like techy and unhip, I liked the working class "background blur"!
