    thanks, i have looked on the regeneration website but it doesn't really say who is involved in construction. does anyome know if contracts have been awarded yet?

    Why not just ring them, it's hardly the type of common knowledge that you'd expect many to know since the re-building hasn't started yet? for all we know, the tender process hasn't started.
