Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another newbie question

I set up a gamer profile when I first turned on the Xbox. However, figuring that when I was setting up my Xbox Live account I'd need a new name, I set up a new profile and linked that to my live account. However, my problem is this... when I turn on the Xbox, it loads my first profile by default. I don't want this anymore, as I want to use the one with xbox live on it.
My question is, can I delete the original account? Or, can I change my x-box live account with the original one and just leave the other one alone?

Can't remember how exactly, but you can certainly change which profile the xbox signs into on start up.

(If my 360 wasn't winging it's way to microsoft as we speak I'd check out how)

Just make your xbox live gamertag account to sign in automatically. Sign in, press the guide button. It should be around there somewhere.

Sign out of the old profile.

Sign in to the new one.

Hit A on your gamer card.

The last option is auto sign in.

Select yes for Xbox Live. (Even if your offline this will sign in to the GT you want.)

You'll also have the option to enable sign in to msn messneger too.

You could just delete the old profile in the system blade if you want too.
