Hi all,
Has the govt issued a list of documents that they will accept as proof of a 2nd hand vehicle's CO2 emissions (or docs they will NOT accept), in advance of the VRT changes in July?

I would like to import a fuel-efficient used car from UK post-July 1st but don't want to get hit with an extra 10% VRT because my documentation isn't suitable for them...
