Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Administrators Desktop Recovery

I have a hard drive that is reporting problems with Dell Disk Monitoring software and windows wont run. I've put it into an external hard drive case and attached to my pc to recover files. Now the owner had his profile and also was an administrator but I can seem to find the folder that would show the files on his desktop.…

Now the owner had his profile and also was an administrator but I can seem to find the folder that would show the files on his desktop. Its not in the usual spot in Documents and Settings and a search for that folder has brought back all other profiles desktops but not this one. Can anyone help me?

quick guess

are hidden folders being shown? go to tools, folder options, view tab, dont hide hidden folders or system files.
