Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Install Shield Update Problem

    Hi,
    Wonder if anyone has encountered this problem with Install Shield Updating. I get the the Error below from Install Sheild when it looks for an update, When I run Update Manager itself it just says No Updates available. I am running this on Windows Vista 32 bit OS.

    ERROR:

    An error has occurred

    Error # -5
    Visit [url]Http://consumer.installshield.com[/url] for more information.


    I went to that site and it there was no help for this error.


    Any Help much appreciated

    Moved from Virus and Malware, as this is most likely an application level issue. Have you tried completely uninstalling the application and reinstalling it?
