as far as i know there was a report issued a couple weeks ago that proved beyond a reasonable doubt that it wasnt going to spark the end of the known universe.

What, nothing? I was expecting fireworks that rivalled that of the Millenium festival at the very least!! I want my money back.

Anyway, according to the wikipedia article is it not saying August 2008? That's what is said at the top.

people seem to think this was all referenced of wikipedia for some reason... anyways, the project has had setbacks, and I believe that august is the new date, for testing.

oh yeah, CCCP>, whats wrong with wikipedia? there are derivates of wikipedia which spew funny crap that isnt believeable, but the nearly all of what i have read on wikipedia has been true, i.e. backed up from other sources also.

has anybody gotten bad info off wikipedia like?

A physicist working for CERN said the odds of it destroying the earth are 50,000,000 to 1. He seemed to think they are good odds.

Eh... I don't like those odds!
