Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, i'm looking to compile a book, using testimonials from third parties, and was wondering if i post in a forum, asking for peoples stories, and maybe a few pictures, and let them know that there is a chance that their stories could be used in said book, would i also need written consent from these people ???
Thanks in advance for any help i may receive on this matter.
    Rusty.

Talk to your solicitor. For the sake of your own research, read Gormley v E.M.I. Records (Ireland) Limited [2000] 1 IR 74. Also look up originality in copyright law.
