I don't really bake but I would love to know how to make Peach Cake. I know you use can of peaches, sultanas, self raising flour and caster suger.

heres a page i scaned, i found in
a recipe book i have.i know it says pears but
you could use peaches as an alternative,
let me know if it works out.
