Hi,

Are you buying pay as you go or bill pay from Vodafone? I bought one as an upgrade (my dads upgrade actually) and the guy in the shop unlocked it for me.

If you've been on Vodafone bill pay you can get the code from the website, just go to MyVodafone and it will be under NAC.

Otherwise, you'll have to get it unlocked yourself.

I bought one prepay from voda before xmas - unbranded and not locked!
