Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Should we all have two 360's just to be safe?

I think he's familiar with what to do when he gets the RROD at this stage.

Nothing wrong with venting and he's probably too p*ssed to notice a sticky.

Anyway, I'd recommend getting it fixed and then trading in the replacement and getting a new 360. I firmly believe that if you get the RROD, you get thrown in a group that receiving refurbished consoles that will inevitably RROD again as they aren't getting repaired properly IMHO because people who get the RROD seem to have a much too high reoccurance of it. I'm pretty sure that Ms don't include these people in their official failure rate figures because the'll consider that once you've had it at all that your one user that has had it and multiple occurances aren't factored in.

Not all RRODs are heat related, I know mine wasn't. My 360 was off for about 2 days, came home from work one day put a game in loaded up a level and it just froze with the RROD, it wasn't even a game that would push a 360 it was Over G Fighters ffs and was on for less than 5mins.:D

For nearly the past 6 months I have it stuck in between a radiator and a PS3, if that won't cause a RROD due to heat in my house I don't know what will.

I have 4 and 2 are dead at the moment. Can't be arsed to ring Microsoft to get them fixed.
