Miller MP3 DJ Comp: Heat Dates & Finalists

    Wow! You guys put together some s**t hot play lists for the Miller MP3 DJ Competition! Over the next few weeks at The Village, Wexford St., we're going to find out they go down in front of a live audience! Contestants get ready to plug in your MP3 players! We how have the heat dates and the finalists confirmed!

    Three playlists will go up against a public vote each night with the grand final taking place on Thursday May 1st.

    So how does it work? The heats take place at The Village, 26 Wexford St., Dublin 2 at 8PM. There is no admission charge. On each night we will have three MP3DJ's. The winner will be decided by the audience who will be given voting slips. The DJ with the most votes wins! Remember admission is free so if you know any of the finalists come down on the night and cheer them on!

    Dates of the heats are as follows:

    Heat 1: Thursday April 3 @ 8pm
    Jack Fox (iPod)
    Gavin Twomey (iPod)
    Ciara Keane (Creative Zen)

    Heat 2: Thursday April 17 @ 8pm
    Rory Mullen (iPod)
    Damien Clarke (Creative Zen)
    Fiona Hannon (Creative Sleek/Shuffle)

    Heat 3: Thursday April 24 @ 8pm
    Allan Farrell (iPod)
    Gillian Smith (iPod Nano)
    Paddy Leahy (iPod)

    Final: Thursday, May 1st

    Your host for this very exciting competition will be Phantom’s very own superstar DJ Sinéad Ní Mhórdha who hosts Phantom Anthems every Saturday from 7-10pm.

    The overall winner of the MP3 DJ competition will not only get their hands on some top DJ gear but will also win a trip to the Primavera Festival in Barcelona.
