Pilates Classes around Celbridge?

    Hi. I've just moved to Celbridge and I want to start Pilates. Have had back pain for ages and I've heard that its good for back pain. Has anyone found that their backpain improved with Pilates. Anyone know of any good classes around celbridge?

    you should try The Mill, it is the hub of everything in Celbridge. It is located just behind the hump back bridge on main street(the big grey wall.)
