Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi looking at townhouses in Charlesland. Just wondering how the houses are in terms of sound can you hear everything your neighbours do or are they reasonably quiet. We're looking at 2 bed mid terraces.
    Thank you

We live in a mid-terrace townhouse in the park and to out experience sound-proofing is remarkbly good! We don't hear anything from next door really. And a few times I've asked our neighbour whether the noise of child crying all night or our party has bothered them, and they said they couldn't hear a thing! Also heat insulation is really really good, too...

I am also in a two bed terraced house and never hear a sound from either side. Charlesland houses are fab and is a a great and quiet place to live.

We live in a two bed in the park too. We are really impressed with how sound proof it is. Neighbours on both sides have had parties and we heard nothing. It's great. Our heating bills are also much lower than our previous 1 bed flat!
