BT Broadband Username & Password

    Been trying to setup a friends BT broadband with no luck. It appreas the password is wrong but i cannot get onto BT been on hold for 40 mins. Is there any other way to get the username and password?

    I tried logging into btireland.ie but couldn't find the password anywhere. Any ideas?

    Did you put @BTBB at the end of the username?

    The only place you'll get those details is from tech support. 1890 923 111

    I was onto them this morning and it was answered almost straight away.:confused:

    They won't give you the password, but they can change it for you. However, this takes 24 hours...

    I've gotten passwords of them loads of times.

    Password changes take between 20 mins to 1 hour to kick in.:confused:
