Casual Promoting (trading type thing)

Hey All, Right i know you need a licence for casual trading. But what if i was to pull up in my van in a public car park or parking space on side of footpath and promote my business from the back of it. Distribute flyers and show a promotional video. Any problem with this from the Gardai or other local traders.
