    Not sure of the name, but pretty sure it is the B&B on the opposite corner of the old shopping centre in Dundalk, just over the bridge on the old Dublin road.

    That would be the Failte Guest House. Not sure if it's still called that.

    That might be the correct answer, as I don't know who owns the house, but the house in the picture is called Spencer Hill, built as a rectory during the eighteenth century.
