British foreign minister , David Milliband, on his blog today recounts how 'one foreign minister' lost his luggage at T5 Heathrow on his way to 'an informal foreign ministers meeting' in Slovenia at the weekend and asked the Foreign Secretary to pass a message to BA/BAA , in the most diplomatic language possible, I'm sure, to 'get your act together'.
Now , who would that have been? Let's look at the clues.
Through Heathrow ('merely to transit' , at least he's not there for the duty free).
Sufficiently uninformed not to know that T5 is already in chaos.
Flying British Airways, the only airline to use T5.
Although it's an 'informal meeting' (at most a bottle-opener will be needed) he's brought more than just hand luggage.
Reckless with the public expenditure; the rest of us are transiting through Stansted on the Ryanair flight to Klagenfurt.
Any ideas who that would be?
