    1b: Inverted row on smith machine : 4 x 10
    1c: 1 leg rdl : 15kg 4 x 10

    2a: DB standing military press : 8kg 4x10
    2b: Db Shrug & row : 8kg 4 x 10
    2c: DB Split squat : 15kg 4 x 10 each leg

    15 mins interval on treadmill

    Gym Tue Morning:
    40 Minutes circuit
    ab work

    1a: DB Chest \press 12.5kg 4x10
    1b: DB 1 arm row 17kg 4 x 10
    1c: DB front squat 12.5kg x 2 4 x 10

    2a: BB standing militart press : 15kg 4x10
    2b: Lat pull down 40kg 4x10
    2c: DB speed stiff leg deadlift: 15kg 4x10

    Tabatta squat & press

    Gym This Morning:

    40 Minutes circuit
    ab work

    Forgot to weigh this morning done my measurements though:

    Waist : 24.5
    Hips: 32
    Top of leg :22
    thigh : 20.5
    Knee : 15
    Calf: 11.5

    Not much change since last time I measured. So yesterday was day 1 for me. This week I have a meal out with work on friday but that will be my treat for the week and will just have a light starter & main no desert. Will get my 5 workouts in aswell.
