Sunny spells and breezy with gale gusts. Mean 19mph since midnight.

Looks like a showery day ahead

Mild 10.5C though it was up to 12C just after midnight.

In fact the temp graph is a bit strange as it looks like an hour of sunhine with the temperature rising and falling sharply.

artictree,I believe the cold front stalled at woodenbridge.
The golf course much to the delight of the players is under clear blue skies and 33c
Avoca is cut off by the drifts however and by some fluke again I understand the skew on the cold front has by the looks of things left mothman and snowbie in some sort of wierd mild sector...

Very gusty here , had a hard time keeping the car in a straight line on the road, a very odd feeling in the warm sunshine!

My two in screen thermometers peaked at 15.6c today, but this seems quite a bit off from official Claremorris and Galway data. so I am thinking that solar reflection is beginning to seep into exposed gaps in screen. I will say my real high today is around 14.6c. Temp is now 13.0c and quite steady. Pressure is 1029.3 mb and steady. Mostly cloudy.

    What's with the 16.7s
That was my max as well, and max at Roches Point.
