Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Fine again :)

Everyday this week has been exactly the same - bright blue skies and a bit chilly, cloud bubbles up and at 2 pm a hail shower. Cloud melts from 5-6 pm to leave a largely clear evening sky.

Short light shower just passed through, just enough to wet the ground.

Temp 8.9C down from 10.4C in a light northerly breeze.

Lots of juicy convection going on inland, with an amazing contrast to clear blue skies to the east and over the sea.

Big CB and anvil bubbling up to my north.

Wind seems like it's slightly off the east today.

First moderately heavy rain/hail shower of the day here. Clouds really bubbling up now. As WC said, to the east, over the Irish Sea is really nice and clear.

Heavy rain and hail shower here
Rain rate 11.7mm/hr not counting the hail part no doubt.

Second much heavier hail shower just passing through here now (with the usual car and house alarms going off!). Behind, I can see towers forming into CB's

Temp just reached 13°C, explosive convection around to the east in which is moving south. So probably no more than a light shower here later. The famine continues..

    62%rh / 1013.8 mb rising slowly.

Light shower with hail mixed in. Developed just north of me.

Convection seems to have died down a lot

Beautiful evening here after the first fine day in quite a while. Noticed there is a slight redish haze around, which indicates air sourced in continent at one stage. Beautiful convection all day in a vividly clear sky as well but thankfully remained dry. :)

Like Paddy, remained dry here and oddly enough a fine day. Warm in the sunshine and a ring side seat for a fireworks display a few miles west of here.

Sunny 10C with sub zero dewpoint

Has been a fair amount of cumulus cloud cover, but this has thinned out a lot.

Much better today, windows open sort of weather down here. The afternoon cloud never built up.
