Can anyone recommend a good book or manual for reading up on domestic wiring installations ? I am building a house at the moment and I always like to have some sort of background knowledge / understanding when dealing with the various trades.... Many thanks. Best regards, Baud.

I don't know of any books with that basic level of detail I'm afraid. I've had a quick glance over this and it looks like it will provide you with a starting point for the info you require. If you've any questions come back and ask here or drop me a mail

Note that the colours listed may not be the same as it's UK info.
