    Got the a 6 page "letter" today in the board about the planned demolishion of the whole of St.Teresa's Gardens and then a rebulit area of 3-bedroom apartments.

    Reading through it all it sounds amazing, obviously with the Bailey and Gibson site (John Player Wills) going to be built on very sound the area is going to be in mayhem for months possibly years.

    If anyone wants more info, I'll post it.;)
