I'd say it is genuine enough because there is a weekly quiz going on with it now where you can win a tv or camcorder. Looks professional enough though.

Probably won't receive the pack until a week before the euro championships kick off.

Received my pack this morning. Be prepared for the shiny! Enclosed was a voucher for a free pint, redeemable in my local pub from Mon, during any Monday to Thursday up until 22/05/08! No weekend drinking then!
Also enclosed was a small deflated football & a guide which is next to useless!

They are listed as FREE Carlsberg Vouchers. To me thats FREE Carlsberg not €2 off a 6 pack. So its the vouchers that must be free.

Got mine today too. Must have sent off for this about a month ago. Ball is cool, vouchers not so. I think the ball will come in handy at the beach in the summer... come on sunshine!

BUT anyway :rolleyes: ... there a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell off the ball. You definitely would want to leave it out in the garden and emphatically not in a child's bedroom.
Notwithstanding my first sentence, I think this offer looks kind of skimpy by comparion to the recent Guinness one.

Yes, but they were FREE vouchers for carlsberg... you didnt have to pay for the vouchers. Sneaky bastards eh.

On a side note, i inflated the ball and its not even close to being properly spherical, when u bounce it it flies off in random directions. Not very good at all really.

Just to let people know who may not have noticed, those people who opted for a free pint of Carlsberg in their local, the vouchers are only valid Mon-Thurs until the 22nd of May. So ya can't use them at the weekend.:o:o

Are you guys sure about it being burst? I thought mine was when I was pumping it, as I could hear a hissing and feel air coming out from between the stitches. But it was just the air between the inner plastic ball and the outer covering that was seeping out. When I pumped it fully, it remained up.

Not really a patch on the Guinness offers, but you can't complain about a freebie.
