Masters in Horror and Gore Studies???

    Anyone know of any masters centring around horror and gore studies????:confused:

    I did an essay on cultural attitudes to horror and gore (current tabloid newspapers, turn of the century newspapers, films like Last House On The Left and I Spit On Your Grave) as part of a module called 'Feeling Modern' in an English MA in UCD a few years ago. Which isn't really what you're looking for, I think, but it makes me think that you could totally do a taught masters in something like English or Film Studies, and for the thesis part, focus in on that kinda thing.

    There aren't any in Ireland that I know of, but then I'm not hugely well-informed on the subject.
