Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Posting this on behalf of someone else.
Looking for ladies shoes/runners/footwear suitable for walking. Support is essential. Recently had a foot injury and have been advised by doctor to buy walking shoes with proper support.

    Any ideas ?

    Try MBTs. They are great!

I think if you go into a sports shop, they will usually be able to help you, there are so many different types and they will help you choose which ones would be best for you.

Worth a look - depends whether you mean walking around an office or doing the Wicklow way.
