Vodafone - email to SMS or MMS (possible?)

    Does anyone know if Vodafone provide and email to sms or mms service?
    I know meteor have 085XXXXXX@sms.mymeteor.ie and 085XXXXXX@mms.mymeteor.ie

    I’ve searched the Vodafone site without success

    99% its not possible unless theres an "unofficial" way of doing it

    Some people have reported that the old e-merge system still allowed you to get a text notification when you got a Vodafone email. .. but that was all I've seen around here. It's been asked a few times, Meteor the only ones who offer it ...

    Just tried this on meteor and this doesn't work.

    Meteor one works for me, but sometimes I find it can be delayed.

    Does it have to be from a meteor email account or something? I tried to send from my gmail and got delivery status error

    Can be from any email account. Assuming your mobile number is 0851234567 and is on the meteor network then send email to 0851234567@sms.mymeteor.ie

    I've tried it there and got - SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 Access denied (RESET) so I would guess the service is down at the moment. Usually works without issue though.
