Exactly what it says on the title. I got the whole house plastered 3 years ago, now I can see about a dozen spots of for a better word damp, how could this have happened since the attic is overhead my room, or better still, how can I treat this and prevent it happening in the future?

Will insulation help? I'd really appreciate any help please.

Sounds like condensation. Check your vents in room. Do you have a vent in room? Do you put clothes on rads to dry? Two people in a room at night can produce 2 liters of water while sleeping...

Sorry for the late reply. I don't have any vents in my room so that could be it, I also dry clothes on the rads.

    Thanks for the reply.
