ive a stupid question to ask!

i have bt broadband and have been trying to check my usage amounts by entering the same username and password as i do to check my online bills on this page, but i cant actually log in. do i have to set this up seperately or have i missed something? and its the 2mb month package in case your wondering any help guys? thanks!

The username and password for the usage stats are the same as the ones you used to set up your router, it's not the same as the details you use for accessing your bill.

If you've forgotten (which I've done pretty frequently) you can ring them up and ask them to reset the password.

you need to drop the @btbb for the username though

so for example:

u/n: joebloggs
p/w: joebloggs
