Legal costs involved in selling a house

What would be the average legal costs involved in selling a house? Would 5,000 Euro be a realistic price?

Should be less than that, unless there is something crazy with it or the house is very valuable. In general, selling should be cheaper than buying, because all the risk is on the other guy's side.

I see from other posts, you are selling a house in D15, I sold mine last year, and the legal fee, incl costs were €1,400
