I got my first Three phone in Carphone warehouse. I brought it back within 14 days and got a refund in minutes.

If you purchase anything online and have problems thenit's going to take time to get a refund. It doesn't just apply to Three.

I bought 1 instore last year, and returned it. Got my money back 5 days later... But the store could have been the problem - lousy attitude! Similar attitude encountered in an o2 store btw - so it's not just 3!!!
