Hi, I'm probably going to Israel for work later in the year and was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get sat nav maps somehow for Israel? Can't find anything on web ... I have a TT One. Cheers ...

Anyone? Or are there Israel maps available for any GPS units? Thanks for any help ...

You might be able to find something for free from here. As to if any of the maps are routable or in anyway complete is another matter entirely.

I'm sure there must be something better out there, but you'd need to brush up on your Hebrew to be able to figure out what's what and I doubt Googles translation tools are up to the task.

Did you manage to find sat nav maps of Israel. I'm off there on Saturday. I've got a Tom Tom but they don't yet do maps of Israel.

I didn't. I haven't been back there since 2008, but might be heading out there this year sometime, so if you find anything please share! There were SatNavs available out there from MIO I think or something like that.

Here should give you pretty decent routable maps for most places by now:

They certainly seem to be a lot more detailed than the ones I got previously if you have a look at the source data on here:

I've got the Garmin Nuvi and it works very well. Hasn't got the whole Shabbat thing down but apart from that I'm happy with it.
