    Current weight: 91kg - on 4/4/08
    Target weight: 100kg - by 13/6/08

    This gives me the bones of 13 weeks to gain about 20lbs.

    april 4th 08:
    Food:
    0830 - porridge + banana, glass OJ, 2 brown slices toast + butter, 2 sausages and 2 waffles, cup of green tea
    1000 - shake - 600 cals
    1300- canteen dinner – chicken, peas, carrots, spuds, blueberry muffin + tea
    1700 – shake
    1930 – 2100 – gym
    2130 – steak, beans, spuds, carrots

    Fair play man,

    I will be keeping an eye on this as I will be looking to add some mass once the triathlon stuff and electric picnic/Oktoberfest is out of the way :D:D
