What is the difference in percentage terms of an apartment on the ground floor level compared to first floor, second floor etc? Just say the apartments are all the same size, same spec etc?

Having looked at *a lot* of dublin apartments over the last year or so you will find the price seems to rise 10k-15k for each floor you go up [give or take].

So you will see them advertised "2 beds from 395k" - that 395k is for the smallest 2 bed apartment on the ground floor [maybe the 1st floor too], the bigger places, and the places of a similar size on the 2nd and 3rd floors will be 20 to 30+ grand more expensive and the price will rise in similar jumps as you go up higher etc etc

Now with the downturn that could all be out the window for all I know. But if you look at apartments get a price list
