maybe a cooking shop but certainly you can pick it up in fabric shops. it's also great for making mockeya versions of patterns to make sure you get it right w/ the expensive stuff.

I got mine in a fabric shop.

I stocked up the readymade stuff from an Asian foodstore on talbot street recently.
