Wireless Intercom system - for an apartment block

    Hi,

    I need an intercom system for apartments building to control visitor
    access into the garage.

    The scheme: visitor key-in apartment number to buzz the occupant,
    occupant answers and can have 2 way conversation, then can decide to
    open the garage door. -- usual stuff --

    o Wireless / Cordless, no laying cable around the building
    o Operating in license-free frequency
    o For access to at least 30 apartments - if a system for more units is available then great
    o Range up to 100 meter in 2 storeys building, repeater/extender can
    be installed if needed
    o Digital technology
    o Ready in the market for immediate purchase, not in development stage
    o No maintenance cost except the electricity

    In this wireless world , is there such a product ?

    o Brand and model and price of the system
    o Name / Contact Number / Website of the seller with specification

    Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
