Hi, Can anyone tell me what is usual practice when you have to leave your rented accomodation earlier than the 1 year lease you signed up for? Are you charged fees? Is your deposit returned? I'm there over 6 months now but gave the landlord a months notice because I can't afford it anymore.(Change in circumstances) Thanks

Get someone to replace you and assuming no other problems, you should be able to get your deposit back.
