Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I have an assignment for college on MS Project and a lot of the Gantt Chart and the Network Diagrams have to be pasted to a Word Doc.

I did ok with the Gantt Chart but having trouble with the Network Diagrams as they are way too big to paste into word.

I'm using Copy Picture in MS Project and then Paste Special in Word and I have tried to format the pictures by double clicking on them but they either get half cut off or they are so small you can't read any of the detail.

Any ideas how to get them readable in Word?

    Many thanks!! :)

get pdfcreator on sourcefourge - not only can you print to a pdf you can print to png and other image formats and then just import the picture

http://openproj.org - can use msproject files, can export to .xml , not sure if word could use them

    Thanks!!

Using my PC in work for this, can't afford Project for my own PC , so not sure if I'm allowed to download stuff but I'll give it a go anyway... Can always remove it later I guess.

    Thanks again!! :D

There are probably better ways to do this, but this is a very generic solution, ask at work as there may be other ways to do this or they may have thier own favorite pdfcreator / writer, at the worst you'd have to copy the image from acrobat reader

Openproj and pdfcreator are both free so you could download to your home pc. printing from openproj is still a pain , you'd have to set pdfcreator to have an A1 paper size. It's only version 1.0 though so should improve with time.
