probably answered already but what is the moving bilboard in the middle of O'C street? Its got a moving led picture of a stick person walking?

It is four pieces by artist Julian Opie. Opie also did the famous Blur album cover.

Also used when U2 played in Croke Park during "Sometimes you can't make it on your own". Great stuff.
