Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if there is legislation that a landlord has to provide bills to charge for electricity or can he just make up an average on his own design during a tenancy ?

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction :)

The forum charter states that you cannot seek legal advice. There is a useful website called: www.citizensinformation.ie which you might find the data on.
