On way back from a 3 hour drive yesterday. About 1/2 mile from the house and suddenly I can start feeling vibrations through the clutch. Everytime I then push down on the clutch I can hear horrible screeching from underneath.
    Made it home.
This morning when I start the car same screeching sound.
She will probably go, buy the only place I will be going with her is a garage in the morning.
Anyone any idea what the problem is and how much it's gonna hit the wallet?

Definately release bearing/pressure plate problem. Clutches aren't that dear its the labour to fit them.

    Cheers Jonty,
Found out there is a mechanic about 2 minutes from me and I'll go to him in the morning.
Fix one thing and another breaks. I think I need a new car.
