wax staining wetsuit question

    Bought a board last year and got out a few times, hoping to get out some more this year now the evenings are longer.


    Last year I noticed that the wax would stain my wetsuit where I lay on the board, generally from midrif down the thighs, and on the ass from when I sat on the board in the water.
    Basically, the wax seems to come off and form a thin layer on the suit.

    Is this to be expected, or is it because I'm using the wrong wax?

    Advice much appreciated.

    Bit of a does my bum look big in this question! yes if your wearing a wetsuit. nothing to worry about but just check the wax is right for the water temp and will only leave little stains and not a thin film of wax.....could be something worse though especially if dolphins or seals mating nearby!!
