Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there such a thing as a professional negotiator who would be able to give advise on dealing with property developers? Would a specialist solicitor have right knowledge?

How much would fees for such a service likely be?
Any recommendations, dublin and further north??

Solicitors would, yes. Lobbyists in some cases also, it depends. Fees - percentage of the deal, usually between 1 and 3% but it depends.

    Recommendations - No.

You are quite vague in your question, you don't explain whether the developer painted your house the worng colours or whether you are building a new city.

In certain circumstances, higher-end estate agents, quantity surveyors or indeed any construction professional who is both technically and financially astute.
