Vodafone Problems right now?

Trying to ring a Vodafone Prepay from meteor, laneline and Tesco and it doesn't work. It rings fine from another Vodafone. The person lives in Dublin 15. Is anyone else having similiar issues ?

I missed 2 calls from a meteor phone on friday (on my voda e61)...only received the "missed call text" a minute later... Phone never rang! Could've been a glitch - don't use the e61 much anymore, and recently updated fw...

My mates phone is working fine today so much have been a Vodafone issue as suspected.
