Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a quick question. Is a person legally entitled to the holiday pay they have worked up in a year if they leave the job early?
For example, say a person is working somewhere, this year, 2008. They get 4 weeks paid leave during the year (holidays) if they leave on the 1st of june, are they legally entitled to 2 weeks pay when they leave?

    from reading this:

    http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/1997/en/act/pub/0020/sec0023.html#zza20y1997s23

I think thats the case, but i find legal wording quite confusing. Some friends say the person would be, and others say they wouldnt, so id appreciate anyone whos sure to leave a quick reply, thanks!

Also, thanks for reading my post ;)
